Our drop-in introductory class begins a new 8-week block this Monday, 1 April. The eight sessions are held each week except on bank holidays, and give a clear and practical introduction to what it means to live a Buddhist life. You can join at any time, but if you start at Week 1, you can follow the sessions as an 8-week course.

Mondays, 6.45 – 7.30pm.

Preceded by our introductory meditation session 5.30-630pm.
