The focus of the evening will be the Mudita Bhavana meditation practice, in which we practise seeing qualities in others that bring happiness to themselves and the world.
About Sangha Nights
Our Sangha (spiritual community) Nights are open to all who are familiar with our foundation meditation practices (Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana).
Doors open from 5.15pm until the first meditation session begins, with further entry points during the evening.
5.30pm-6.30pm – shared vegan meal (please bring a contribution)
6:30pm-7:10pm – meditation
7.10pm-7.15pm – late entry opportunity – please BUZZ for entry
7:15pm-8:15pm – Dharma study or collective practice
8.15pm-8.35pm – tea break
8:35pm-9.15pm – meditation and mantra
These events are free, but we do suggest for a voluntary donation of £5 towards the centre’s running costs, if you can manage it.
