Meditation for Beginners: 5:30pm-6:30pm. Learn the mindfulness of breathing, loving kindness practices. We start promptly, doors open 5.15pm.

Buddhism For Today:  6.45pm-7.30pm This class covers the life of the Buddha and his key teachings. Topics include, ethics, karma and love, ritual and mantra, and spiritual friendship. These introductory sessions follow an eight-week cycle.
