Our monthly evening of coming together to practise meditation, reflection and mantra will be continuing last week’s theme of ‘sraddha’ – confidence and trust.
About Sangha Nights
Our Sangha (community) nights are open to all who are familiar with our foundation meditation practices (Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana).
You can join us at any point in the evening between sessions or during a meal or tea break (see below). Doors open from 5.15pm.
5.30pm-6.30pm – shared vegetarian meal (please bring a contribution)
6:30pm-7:10pm – meditation
7:15pm-8:15pm – Dharma session
8.15pm- 8.35pm – tea break
8:35pm- 9.15pm – meditation and mantra chanting
These events are free, but we do suggest for a voluntary donation of £5 towards the centre’s running costs, if you can manage it.
