Wednesday: Sangha nights

21 August: Freedom from Hate

“Hatred in never stilled by hatred. Hatred is only ever stilled by love.” (-the Buddha)

Tonight Akuppa continues our exploration of liberating states of mind in the Abidharma by looking at Advesa (non-hatred).
