Women’s Morning on May 20th, 10 – 1
On Sunday 20th May we’ll have a meditation morning for women – including posture and relaxation. Open to all women who are familiar with the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana practices. If you’d like to stay on for lunch, please bring some vegetarian food to share.
Buddha Day Celebration on May 5th, 9 – 1
We will be celebrating the Buddha’s Enlightenment with a half day festival on Saturday 5 May, 9am – 1pm. We’ll be sharing lunch to follow, so please bring along some vegetarian food to contribute.
