Buddhism For Today: A drop-in introduction to Buddhist living, Mondays 6.45 – 7.30pm
Weekly except Bank Holidays. By donation.
This class is for beginners and explores a different Buddhist teaching each week. The evenings follow an 8-week sequence, which taken as a whole will give a basic grounding in what it is to be a Buddhist. You can join at any time in the cycle. All welcome.
You’re also recommended to attend the drop-in meditation class just beforehand.
