The mindfulness weekend on 14th and 15th April is now fully booked. For further information on future mindfulness events please email racheljoneswild@gmail.com, or keep visiting the website.

The event is open to anyone who wishes to explore mindfulness as a means to work with difficult emotions. However it is not recommended for those currently suffering from a severe depressive episode. Please contact the centre either via email
