Next meditation session in Durham – Sunday 13th August + reminder about International gathering at Adhistana 24th-28th August 2017

We are continuing to try out a meditation session in Durham for those who are already familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana meditations. The session runs between7.30pm – 8.30pm and it will be at Helen’s house which is within walking distance of the bus and rail stations in Durham. Please email the office at newcastlebuddhistcentre@gmail.comwith your telephone contact details if you are interested in coming.

The International Gatherings are a great way to give members of sanghas a flavour of the wider Triratna Community, not just from within the UK but from Holland, Belgium, Germany, France, Poland, and so on. Order members are welcome just as much as newcomers; old and young, men, women and families: it is quite a unique event in the Triratna calendar.

The International Gathering is also one of the main ways this year to celebrate the 50th year of Triratna’s existence and an opportunity to explore together the theme of ‘Our Future Dharma: What The World Needs Now’.
