We are pleased to announce a taster session in using mindfulness with stress, depression and anxiety on Wednesday 1st February from 1pm-4pm. Only £10! The event will be led by Rachel Jones-Wild, who has been teaching meditation for a number of years and will qualify as a therapeutic counsellor in July 2012.
The event is open to anyone who wishes to explore mindfulness as a means to work with difficult emotions. However it is not recommended for those currently suffering from a severe depressive episode. Please contact the centre either via email
