Mindfulness taster session – still time to book!

There is still time to book your place on the upcoming taster session in using mindfulness with stress, depression and anxiety on Wednesday 1st February from 1pm-4pm. Only £10! The event will be led by Rachel Jones-Wild, who has been teaching meditation for a number of years and will qualify as a therapeutic counsellor in July 2012.

The event is open to anyone who wishes to explore mindfulness as a means to work with difficult emotions. However it is not recommended for those currently suffering from a severe depressive episode. Please contact the centre either via email
