New for Tuesdays
We are starting a new regular session of meditation on
Tuesday lunchtimes from 1.10pm – 1.50pm.
Arrive from 12.45pm. Open to all.
Weekend Chanting Hour
Friday evenings, 8-9pm on 13th, 20th and 27th July (No class on first Friday of each month). Come and chill out, evoking the presence of the Buddha with a Buddha chanting session led by Jyotipala. All are welcome – no experience of meditation necessary. Please arrive before 8pm as we might not be able to answer the door after that.
Drop-in Introductory Meditation 5.30-6.30pm
Mondays except Bank Holidays.
A practical introduction to Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices.
All welcome. This class is by donation. You don’t need to bring anything, but you might be more comfortable in looser clothing. Please arrive promptly as, for everyone’s benefit, we don’t allow latecomers once the meditation is underway.
You are also welcome to stay on for the Buddhism for Today class, which starts at 6.45pm following a tea break.
