Sangha Night 16th January: Why I am a Buddhist

Norman, Richard, Sue and Ruth will give personal talks on the place of Buddhism in their lives.

About Sangha Nights

Our Sangha (community) nights are open to all who are familiar with our foundation meditation practices (Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana).

You can join us at any point in the evening (doors open from 5.15pm)

5.30pm-6.30pm – shared vegetarian meal (please bring a contribution)

6:30pm-7:10pm – meditation

7:15pm-8:15pm – Dharma session

8.15pm- 8.35pm – tea break

8:35pm- 9.15pm – meditation and mantra chanting

These events are free, but we do suggest for a voluntary donation of £5 towards the centre’s running costs, if you can manage it.
