Remembering Sangharakshita: Sangha Night, 7th November

We will sharing reflections on the life and legacy of the founder of the Triratna Buddhist Order, Sangharakshita, who died on Tuesday, during a special Sangha Night on Wednesday 7th November.

About Sangha Nights
Our Sangha (spiritual community) nights are open to all who are familiar with our foundation meditation practices (Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana).
You can join us at any point in the evening (doors open from 5.15pm)
5.30pm-6.30pm – shared vegan meal (please bring a contribution)
6:30pm-7:10pm – meditation
7:15pm-8:15pm – Puja
8.15pm- 8.35pm – tea break
8:35pm- 9.15pm – meditation and mantra chanting
These events are free, but we do suggest for a voluntary donation of £5 towards the centre’s running costs, if you can manage it.
