1 day introductory workshop
Sunday 21 October 10am – 4pm
Here is a great opportunity to come and discover a practical toolbox to enable our compassion to flow, to put into practice techniques that enable greater authenticity in ourselves, and to have deeper clarity on how we and others think and feel.
Nonviolent Communication offers us ways to have communication with ourselves and others that is based on compassion, clarity and honesty. By making some subtle changes in the way we think and communicate we can discover more flow, connectivity and care both in ourselves and with everyone we encounter.
Recommended donation £10 (unwaged) up to £65 (fully waged) which will go towards the Buddhist Centre and the trainer Beth Currie.
Spaces are limited, so please book ahead by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please bring a contribution to a vegetarian shared lunch.
